Holiday Auto Repair

Took my malibu in to get checked out, after experiencing issues with shifting. They evaluated the problem, and discovered the local auto parts chain store, had put the wrong battery in, which caused a cascade of problems. I am extremely happy with the service, price and outcome of this situation. They FIXED IT! Staff is wonderful also.

I own a repair facility and we sent a Corvette to Curtis Transmission for repairs. We were quoted $1200.00 and told it would be finished and ready for pick up in 3 days. We dropped it off on the 5th.... It was finally ready on the 15th and the price went from $1200.00 to $1340.00 without any notice. I was told "We said it would be around $1200.00, not exactly $1200.00." No, that isn't what I was told.... Then we pick up the car and the left front fender is damaged and they give us a picture of it and say "It was damaged when it got here". Um, no, no it wasn't. Totally unprofessional and an absolute insult to the industry. I will never send another customer's vehicle to them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ever. I get to eat $140.00 in an over charge and I get to fix a Corvette fender for free because of their lack of professionalism. Buyer beware.... Service: Transmission

Had a left foot accelerator put in job should have taken an hour to an hour and a half it took them six and a half hours to install the unit four bolts to the floorboard and adjustment charged over $500 for the service

Recently bought a used car and went in for a transmission fluid change. It took maybe a half hour and I was back on my way. Was told what the mechanic had found and was advised about future maintenance. Was a great first time experience.
